LIFETIME WARRANTY

The Alchemist & The Artist® offers a lifetime warranty for workmanship on our Handmade Jewelry items.

WHAT THIS COVERS:
-Gemstone and Diamond setting-
Provided that all components are returned, and all prongs are still attached, we will re-set the piece at no extra cost.

-Healing Gemstone and Crystal Bracelets-
If a chain, elastic cord, nylon cord, or leather cord breaks, we will reassemble the piece at no extra cost, provided you return the piece with all original components. If you are missing one or two stones or crystals, we will replace it free of charge, if it is in stock. Please keep in mind, not all stones and crystals of the same grade are always available. If you are missing three or more stones, we will need to charge you for the missing pieces, but labor will still be free.

-Earrings-
If the earhook, or post is damaged, we will repair it at no extra cost if it does not need to be replaced, and all components are returned. If the chain or link breaks, we will also repair it at no extra cost, given that all components are returned. However, if it is damaged beyond repair, and needs to be replaced, you will be charged for the single component that needs to be replaced, labor will still be free.

-Necklaces-
If the chain, link or cord breaks, we will repair it at no extra cost, given that all components are returned.  However, if it is damaged beyond repair, and needs to be replaced, you will be charged for the single component that needs to be replaced, labor will still be free.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
-Pearls, Gemstones, Crystals or Diamonds that are cracked, smashed, scratched, chipped or otherwise damaged.
-Jewelry that was damanged due to improper cleaning. 
-Jewelry damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
-Jewelry that has been serviced, alterted or repaired by any service other than The Alchemist & The Artist®, voids Lifetime Warranty.
-Jewelry that has been damaged due to fire, floods, or extremely high/ sonic vibrations.

 

GENERAL INFO:
-It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their due diligence on the proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of their handmade jewelry. 
-The buyer is responsible for delivery of the item to The Alchemist & The Artist®, that includes postage, packaging, insurance, or means of hand carry.
-The Alchemist & The Artist® will ship the item back to the buyer at no extra cost.
-Items that are deemed damaged but not covered under the warranty will be given the option to either fix upon payment, or can choose to not fix it and will be sent back without repair at no extra cost.
-To initiate a repair ticket, please contact us at info@alchemistandartist.com, prior to sending the item.
-By purchasing a handmade item from The Alchemist & The Artist®, you are agreeing to the terms of this lifetime warranty.
